You think I have enough cooling for my 8800GT?

Why not get something like an Antec 900, and turn all the fans on high. It keeps mine idle at 41 and full load after 2 hours is 59.

I'd recommend getting a slot cooler fan to help suck some hot air out of the case.

I'm using a P180 with an additional slot cooler fan. With the fan set on my 8800GT SSC at 65%, the card idles at 45 and at load 68.

i just leave the side of my case open and have my air filter/fan pointed at the mobo. Keeps my room realively dust free and keeps the pc really cool (and dust fre... well, lessens the dusts in there hsaha)

Nice setup.

I suppose you have an additional 120 mm fan in front of the hard drives, blowing air out?

If that's so, have you considered actually removing the bottom Antec fan, and maybe the one blowing air out of the CPU cooler (the one towards the front of the case), maybe combined with an air duct from the bottom air intake to the cooler? I don't think it would make much difference in terms of temperatures, and you'd end up with two less fans. Even if you run them on low, they're bound to make some noise. Somehow, having those three 120 mm fans in such close proximity seems like overkill; then again, I may be wrong - just some thoughts.

One other thing I would try would be to remove the cover from at least one of the 5.25'' external drive bays, to provide some additional room for the air to exit the case. You do run the risk of a bit more EM interference from the PC, and it may not make any difference at all in terms of temperatures, but... if you're in the mood for experimenting... There are also some interesting solutions for exhausting air through a front 5.25'' bay, some quite efficient and silent - could be worth investigating.

Yes there is a Silverstone 110cfm FM121 fan on the front, all the fans are whisper quiet on low and then i just turn on the cpu fans and front for gaming, they provide more than enough cooling. The front silverstone blows more air than I could imagine.

Oh yes, 110 cfm is quite a lot. I never doubted there was enough cooling in there, i was just wondering if you could lower the number of fans by a notch or two :).

Since this seems how you feel, was this thread really about you having enough cooling ? Or just a way to show off pictures of your computer ?
