How is it any more pathetic than holding a grudge for something you did in real life? Are you not accountable for things you do and say on the Internet?

Because none of you know me in person and therefore I coudln't have hurt anybody other than by saying something. Now if you get your panties in the bunch over something that has been said to you - you need help, becase guess what - over your life a lot of people are going to say things you dont like.

I wouldn't get my "panties in a bunch" over something that has been said to me, but words (be it speech or writing) are our primary means of communications, and therefore our primary means of determining if someone is a jackass or not. There are some people on these boards who have through their entire posting history proven themselves to be jackasses.

How do you think people who know you in person evaluate you?
