This is why I love my beater car. Take up two spaces and you'll get an 88 tercel parked .5 inches from your drivers door. Feel free to kick my car out of frustration before you crawl across the seats.

Like 10 years ago I had some printout cards that had Mickey Mouse flipping the bird with a statement about needing a can opener after their parking job. I don't remember where I got it from but it was pretty funny.

My 72 VW goes in the back of the parking lot and lets me hike. My tercel parks close and can push shopping baskets out of spaces all by itself.

Haha, I do that with my car (push carts out of the way) if there's one blocking my intended parking spot. :D

Some of those parking jobs shown are not really assholish. I drive a truck and sometimes end up parking on the line and just say screw it. Now if I was parked well over the line that is another matter.

Come on now, EVERYONE parks on the line once in a while. It simply happens a bit more often in a truck or van as it is hard to see the lines (sitting up higher) and the vehicle is far wider giving you less room for error.

When I have to drive my father's truck, I park in the back of the parking lot where it is empty, and if I can't then I avoid it all together. It's a huge truck, and is sometimes impossible to maneuver in between other cars.

i drive a full size truck as well. some places dont have parking spots to accommodate vehicles wider than 5ft, what do you propose we do about that? i go to the far side and take two up, since theres no way it would fit in one. buy a car? nah. this is a work truck. hard to carry what i usually carry in a car. sometimes those assholes dont have much choice. try to have some decency and give people the benefit of the doubt. now, those people that are clearly assholes, sure... but you touch my truck doors you better be prepared to face the consequences if i see you.

Some of those really aren't bad. Such as the one in a 90% empty parking lot and a couple where the spots are actually smaller than the cars, and they did a good job in those conditions. I've parked in lots that it's been physically impossible to fit in a single spot. Including one where I managed to park all four tires on the lines of a non-compact spot, and when my 1980 Plymouth Champ was a tight fit.

Then you suck at parking, please go buy a smart car. There are amazing truck drivers who know how to park, and there are people who drive trucks. You fall in the latter.

I've always driven nice cars, and usually park in the back of the lot. That being said, I park within the lines, and only take up one spot. Still, more often than not, some fucktard parks next to me when there are TONS of open spaces a lot closer. I don't dare take up two spots, cause some people are such assholes they key your car for doing that. Parking next to me intentionally just to be a dick irritates me beyond belief. These people are assholes in my eyes as well.

Parking at work sucks, too. We share a parking lot with a company that provides work trucks, and it seems 10-15% know how to park. I drive a truck in the winter and have no problems. Parking well is NOT that hard. If you are new to driving a truck, yeah it takes a little getting used to. I hardly consider myself a driving phenom, but the complete lack of driving skill a lot of people have is scary.

I admit, I usually try to park next to nice cars so no one scratches my car. People with nice cars often tend avoid any scratches/dings. If you notice, you'll see that nice cars tend to park in groups because of that.

Is it me or do people on that site have no clue how to spot the make of a truck? I've seen a Mazda called a Chevy and a Chevy called a Dodge.

Any vehicle for that matter, not just a truck.
