I just read on their site that they are now becoming a pay site (you have to buy a subscription to read it). I'm sure this will significantly hurt their # of page views per month. I just wanted to let you guys know. 
You might want to highly reconsider Combatsim.com team advertising

I don't recommend advertising on there now that it will be pay.. I am an avid simmer and I am involved greatly in the Flight-Sim community (www.sim-news.com) and no one is planning on paying for Combatsim as we have other great forums to fall back on, and that is all they provide for us (forums) as their articles are highly biased.
Hehe, I do like the Flanker. I've never played Flanker 2 though. I only had a P133 when the game came out, so I never bothered to pick it up. And now that I finally have a C433, I haven't seen the game in any stores I've been to. Any word on how Flanker 2.5 is coming along?
Got another question...in Falcon 4 what types of missions do you suggest the player should fly in the campaign to affect the campaign the most? I'm currently about 6 hours into the Tiger Spirit campaign, and it's starting to get boring. :Q I've only been able to do one OCA Airbase strike (which was great fun!), and the rest of my flights have been BARCAP's (I usually use the F-15) or BAI's. The BARCAP's are annoying since you have to stay within 15 miles of the stearpoints, and I have trouble finding the correct target on the BAI's. I did a great BAI mission with tons of ATG kills, but I hit the wrong AAA battalion, so I got a pretty bad mission rating for that one. The computer has scheduled a few other OCA Airbase strikes, but they've all been to airbases way into DPRK territory, so I knew I'd die on the way in if I tried to play the mission.
Oh, do you have Fighters Anthology? That's my favorite sim of all time, though EF2000 v2.0 is pretty good.
[edit] I've actually had F4 since it came out, but I've never been able to get into the campaign enough to make it through the first day before I switch to a different game. [/edit]
