It's not my daily lunch, I assure you. I usually eat healthier stuff like turkey sandwiches from home or salads. But I do love fast food and I eat it about once a week.

by my rough calculations that meal is 1600 calories. Most males need between 2200-2500 calories per day to maintain their weight (more if active), so as long as you eat less than 1000 calories through out the rest of the day I wouldn't worry about it!

Also, that sounds delicious, though I tried the cheesy tots once and they weren't that good.

They're from Burger king. Basically, they look like tator-tots, but they're filled with hot cheese.......mmmm

I didn't know Burger King had them, but a local 24hr establishment has had them for years. They call them Cheddar tots, it's basically a tator tot but there is cheese inside with the little potato bits.

So not cheese curd
 
I love tots and I love cheese so I had to try the cheese tots, they were weird. I can't put my finger on what I didn't like about them, but they didn't tickle my fancy. And the ones I got were steaming hot, I guess I expected something better. I should give them a 2nd try to see if I like the next batch better.
