Man, that has happened so many times. I've had many a bleary eyed trip into work where all I wanted to do was sleep thanks to damn gaming!! 😉

The three biggest culprits to this phenomenon have been Age of Empires, Sudden Strike and Battlefield 1942.
 
when you try and figure out a way to sneak up behind a professor to fiber wire him so that no one notices. Then attempt it.

You are deeply mentally affected by games when you look at your game collection and notice you have more then 50 games still shrink wrapped !

Also, when you sleep the night in front of the store to get your hand on a first gen PS2 (that will most certainly brake in the same year) and when everyone realise there is only 20 systems for almost 200 peoples at the store front, you participate in a mass riot inside the store and possibly injure couple of people to secure a game ticket that would ensure receiving the said system.

You know you're addicted to The Sims 2 when... You look at your furnishings and try to move them around to see if they'll fit the room better from another angle.

Or how about giving up your weekend and driving 5.5 hours each way to pick up a 6800 Ultra!?

LoL... I seriously am addicted... I literally play Warcraft 3 with my friend on the phone (battle.net) for 3 hours a night. We gang up on poor innocent schleps online!

As far as the Patriots go, I'm not really a big fan. My team = Eagles since I grew up near Philly 😉

My friend kd2777 will get a kick out of this when he reads this....

I once played Ghost Recon for about 2 or 3 hours online a couple of years ago, and finally decided to take a stretch break. I grabbed me a coke, walked out onto the front porch of my second story apartment, and saw a guy walking in between a couple of houses about 500 yards out. For a moment, and JUST a moment, I thought I could pick him off EASILY.
