You know you want to look at vacation pictures from the Caribbean

Finally got around to dealing with my vacation pictures from April when we did a 7 day cruise in the Eastern Caribbean to Barbados, St Thomas, St Kitts, St Maarten and St. Lucia. I figured I would post just a few photos of the trip

Barbados was our favorite. We booked a local catamaran ride where they limited the guests to 12 as opposed to many of the other options that were completely standing room only. The crew was fantastic, the food good, and the drinks unlimited and amazing. We got to meet 8 other people on board all from the UK who were incredibly friendly. I also got to meet this guy:


It was an incredible day and the clear winner of 'Best day of the trip' despite getting attacked:


We had great weather other than a downpour in San Juan. On the positive side we got quite the rainbow at the end:


We went to Coki Beach on St Thomas which was fantastic although I am not exactly sure what we were drinking:

St. Lucia was our second favorite. Incredibly nice people and great beaches. We also had some time to go zip-lining there.

I am not typically a fan but it was cheap. We were able to get local beers instead at the other islands like Carib and Pitons.

And you just like St. Maarten for the nude beach. We all know how you love the saggy boobies

Best one of my three cruises. Might have been slightly different, did 6 stops in 7 days. Cruises are my favorite type of vacation, never stuck in the same place for too long. :thumbsup:

did you use captain ron as the barbados guy? we used him years ago and it was an awesome trip and it was a lot like you explained, very small crowd on it and a catamaran.

my wife just posted a ton of our pics on facebook from our trip last week to turks and caicos too, maybe i should start a thread here about that

Oddly enough it was the cheapest camera we brought along: Fuji XP70.

I got it refurbished for $90. I was disappointed with the video quality I got while ziplining but it was fine when I didn't move very quickly. The underwater pictures were great which is what I bought it for so I am very happy with it

I really liked it for all the small islands. I doubt we'd ever be able to visit them all so it at least gives us some first hand insight if we want to go back

Silvermoon with Captain Stacy. Amazing crew. I was jokingly scolded for getting up to get another drink. I was told to simply raise my empty glass over my head and another would be brought over to me immediately.

You totally should post your pictures! Turks and Caicos is on our short list.

Tiami catamaran cruises in barbados? I still rock my shirt from that all the time. Barbados was so awesome. We pulled up right in front of that resort where all the stars go and saw some really rich people. We even went pretty deep into bridgeport later on, it got kinda ghetto.
