weird.. I say fobe (born here). Oh and I say it all the time. I like point at people while I am driving and make the little "roll your window down" motions and then I yell FOB! When I am at the mall I stop people and ask them if they have any I can buy.

Everyone I know in SoCal says "faab." I've never heard anyone pronounce it "fobe" before.

Growing up in SoCal, all of my friends pronounced it 'fobe'. Then all of a sudden, my new friends started saying 'faab'. Stupid FOBs! 😉

Nope. Most of my friends were non-FOBs.

Fobby is the adjective describing a FOB. Fobby is obviously pronounced "fah-bie" and so if you shorten it to FOB, then it's "fahb" or "faab."
