I got over that boy racer sh|t 30 years ago. To this day, I don't see the point of a "sports car" being used to commute, which is all you can really legally do on public roads anyway. Unless of course, you like teeth rattling stiff suspensions, incessantly shifting gears in traffic, and tension inducing, noisy exhausts.

I respect the SRT-4 but i'd never own one until they make it AWD or RWD...

on a side note maybe the beetle was AWD 😱 they have AWD turbocharged ones I believe. (maybe not in the states)
