Then you take some good monteray jack (or pepper jack) and some cheddar cheese.
You dice up the sausage and put it in a quesadilla with the two cheeses.
You cut it up and then eat it.

I like to use olive oil when cooking the quesadilla. Good stuff.

He was one letter off because he originally mispelled it "casedia" and since corrected it to "casadia". Geez, one might think you guys failed spelling.

For the record, when you google casadea (which is how I spelt it originally) it says "did you mean casadia?".
