You know what sucks?

In January, I was pushing a 34/35 in the waist. I had maybe five pairs of jeans in that size.

Come summer, 32 or so. I bought five or six more, and donated the old ones.

September, 31ish. The 32's became too loose. Had to dump them all off too!

Anddd right now I just put on a pair of 29's. And they're not as tight in the waist as I would hope for.

Goddamnit. This shit's getting expensive. I hate getting smaller. Shirts are just as bad. L to XS/S.

=[

If you are fluctuating in your weight for a reason, say its seasonal (as in you play a recreational sport or something during some time of year, I don't know.) or you are just generally aware that your waist size is going to differ then you should keep a few sizes around for just such an instance. From 35 to 29 is pretty intense, that can't just be random. What's making your weight change so much?

I have a whole in the crotch of my favourite pair of jeans right now. When I was at the movies yesterday an unpopped kernel of corn landed on my seat and rolled in the hole. It made sitting there for the rest of the movie very uncomfortable, plus it left a butter stain on my underwear. 🙁

Guess it's time for some new jeans.

Anyway, congrats on slimming down.

It's not that I'm even that small - I just have no ass at all.

And slimming down is nice, and I'm not even trying to - I live off of fast food and pop. My metabolism just SHOT up over the last few months, I'm still eating as much (and as bad) as I ever did. =[

Meh. Cocaine will do that.

How is it the jeans' fault? If you're not even trying to lose weight you should a) find out if you have AIDS, b) not have thrown away your old jeans.

You know what will suck even more?

When you gain the weight back, realize you didn't keep your fat jeans and have to go out and buy more.

Why don't you keep one pair of the old ones just incase then?

There should be a jeans-bank. Drop off your 38's and pick up 34's when you go on a diet. When you fall off, trade em back.

Wait, I guess that is called craigslist.

I'm pretty sure going from a 34/36 (where do you shop that they have 35s?) to a 29 without making any lifestyle changes would be a matter of concern for most people.
