You know what sucks about UPS...

When your sitting there and go "I wonder if my package is in town yet.."

So you go to look up your package and see "Delivery attempted at 2:15"...

And you think to yourself "I was about 10 feet away from the door on my laptop at 2:15...wtf..."

Customer service will lie to you on the phone and say they'll do things that they won't actually do.
Sometimes they like to route packages to the other side of the country for no apparent reason.
They won't let you pick up a package at the sort facility until a delivery attempt has been made.

The fact that they willfully attempt to destroy every package that is placed in their care?

That happens to me so many times. I'm literally 15 feet from the door and can hear cars pull up np. Sigh...

they may have attempted at the wrong house (happened twice to me within a month)... they actually left it there at their door.

That happened to me with fedex one time. I was sitting outside for about 20 mins, then came in and tracked my package and it said they did a delivery attempt about 10 mins earlier. I was outside, they didn't even drive by. I called the HQ and complained and the head guy up there drove the package to my house at like 8 PM in his personal car then

If they'd just quit sucking, people would stop making threads about them sucking.

Maybe people should STFU and use another service. Then UPS, with a significant lack of customers, will realize something's wrong and fix it.

That's a nice dream, buddy, but the receiver doesn't have all that much say.

Nah. I'll just keep bitching about it when shippers do use UPS, and it'll warm the cockles of my heart to know that it annoys you

I do use FedEx or USPS whenever it's an option, though, even if it costs a little more.
