Even if you go back in time, your atomic watch will automatically set itself correctly as soon as it gets the signal! God is that awesome or what? You go back in time...and your watch is STILL correct!
With most clocks or electronics, if you go back in time on a time machine it's going to be a real pain to set them to your new time, plus, you won't even know if your time machinde worked until you go look at a newspaper or something! But as long as the US atomic clock in boulder is sending out signals (you can't go back very far), your atomic clock will immediately set itself to your new time automatically to save you the hassle, and you can test the time machine too! You can't go back in time very far, but who the hell wants to go back that far anyway? Old stuff sux!
