...when you CGBP your bench 3RM, 8 times, for three sets.

And then do your bench 1RM for 5 times, with an extremely close grip..

And holy shit my chest imbalance just came up. I never did CGBP, so I didn't really notice. Kind of annoying. Hell, lately my OHP is creeping up on my bench very fast.

Time for some weighted dips, I guess.

Edit: And can I count my CGBP as my BP max in my total? Because if so, I just added 40lbs to my total, lmao.

If your triceps are stronger than your chest, you've got some serious issues. Yes, chest work is needed...
