/me is referring to certain threads when you could just tell the user does not know anything and i'd go nuts trying to help that person. or when the problem could be any number of things (ie, when the system does not post. or not boot)

or when you just know that person just killed his\er system

you know, kinda what jonny goes through, except i don't get paid ;-)
