Well, lets see. Assuming that it is 20 mill after taxes:
1.) Buy a house. Nothing extreme, maybe 500K, which gets you a lot of house in Ohio. I'm not looking for a mansion with a bowling alley.
2.) Brand new 'Vette, immediately sent to LPE for the 427TT modification. Call it roughly 200K, with taxes and 3 months of insurance ( 😉 ) included.
3.) Finish college, 25K.
4.) Pay off the rest of my parent's mortgage, ~125K.
5.) Buy a lot of quality liquor. 25K
6.) Buy myself assorted Class 3 weapons. Which are actually a good long term investment, as assuming they arent outlawed, prices are only going to continue going up. 500K.
7.) Buy a lot of belted ammo. 10K
8.) Buy a large farm as close as possible to my house to serve as a range, and source of income. I have no idea how much a farm goes for right now though... so we'll call it an even million. I call it a source of income because I think the feds are still paying farmers to NOT plant crops on their land.
9.) Barrett M82A3 (if they are selling those to civvies, if not than I'll "settle" for the M82A1), M95, M99, and M468. ~20K.
10.) A more practical car, maybe an STi with minimal mods. 40K.

I'd take the remaining $15,000,000 (the above list is only about 3 million, but if I didnt have any overruns, I'm sure I could think of something to do with the other 2 million), put most of it into investments, some into a savings account, and then do whatever I felt like doing.
