the sad thing is, I've seen rice nearly as bad as all of this, in real life.. just go to Trois-Rivieres, Quebec. That place is so trailer-trashy that all these *poor* people waste all their money on crappy body kids and spoilers that look REALLY tacky. I've seen some pretty bad rice in Montreal, but never anything compared to Trois-Rivieres. In Trois-Rivieres you pretty much see despicable rice on every corner you turn, and they all go hang out at the local Dairy Queen and drive in circles around the circle thingy. oooooooooooh....
