I suppose it's pretty easy to pay off $80k in two years, when you use a $45k insurance settlement as part of it, and taking money out of a 401k to pay the other part of it.
Awww, u mad?Hint: Going back to college at 30. Regardless there is no debt anymore.
The $100k to the bank over the years was more or less rent at this point. It's not a total loss as the house lost value like most of S. Florida.
You act very brave online, son. Trying to care though...you have to realize like along with the Taco Bell / Hernia crowd above this shit doesn't bother me and just prove how jelly you are.
It was $30k and I paid my 401K back the other part 🙂
However, $50k is easy for you over the course of two years? lolz doubt it teach.
I'd be willing to bet that Dr. Pizza is one of the more likely forum members to have $50k fully liquid at any given moment.
You know how much KFC we could buy with that?

Is that because you know you've given at least that much to 'play' with his goats?
Enough to give me heart attack. Lets roll!
Goats are for eatin'! Are we back to food now?
Why, you in the mood for jelly?

oral with a goat? WTF...
anywho. I got an early half day and then taking 3 kittens to be put on display for adoption.
Good luck on hooking up somewhere for food and brojobs. Not my thing, but you guys got the brotherly love strong for each other.
Try to keep this near the top for me.
And there you are with the irrelevant minute details nobody cares about. You have a real social disorder. Is it undiagnosed or have you sought medical care for this? It is the likely reason all of your relationships go to hell. Aka "helly" in terms you can get.I got an early half day and then taking 3 kittens to be put on display for adoption.
Taco Bell is ghetto fab. Especially the KFC-Taco Bell over here.
Where do I have terrible money management skills?
🙄 I hurt my knee a few months ago - when it was really swollen, it was hard to use. Seems you're having a similar problem with your head - it's so swollen, you're having trouble using it. Yes, it would be easy for me to do.It was $30k and I paid my 401K back the other part 🙂

I am not sure if I should now go back to the original mortgage company as in reality they should never have qualified me on this loan. They assured me I could 'afford' it...I can't. It was a $2300 payment and my gross income was $4100 with about almost $1000 in credit/loans from college.

Sometimes I feel bad. By this I mean I would not make fun of a literal actual mental retard, and at times ragging on alk feels like this, but then he comes back with all his crap and it's hard not to keep at it.Actually maybe we should just stop.
He's really down on his luck right now. Yes he constantly seeks validation, but that usually is some sort of daddy or mommy issue that he needs to get help with on his own. We are doing a big disservice to a long time member by constantly attacking someone who is severely down on their luck.

FWIW - I'm really being serious. I make a personal vow to not shit on you until you are back on your feet, with your home sold, credit repaired, and back in tip top physical shape.
