i think he beat the record for champions, not sure. He also almost broke the record for one day winnings when he became a 10 day champion with winnings of $50k for the day, just shy of the $52k record.

They changed the rules this year so people can keep playing just as long as they win. I think it's fun now but I can definetly see this getting old very fast.

That's what i thought too! Some of the questions he missed were just too obvious (ie the Regan question on Wed).

Oh, and he broke 400k today too.
