well i can remember before the war a majority of you were screaming "GO AMERICA LETS GO KILL SOME IRAQI BUTT!!"

and now...you've admitted that you were just manipulated by your own government. well some of you have.

i bet for those of you who supported the "liberating machine" bush, now you feel dumb as...well someone who shouldn't be allowed to vote anymore

...your utter ignorance and support for the war effort only led to the death of many innocent people.

but it's ok...you people still get to sleep tight, and it's not like the rest of the world will give this event as much coverage as they did 9-11.

cause always and forever and american life is 10x more important than an Iraqi one.

heh...that's just disgusting.

Wow you have a lot to say there, but if you look at the voting records Bush only won presidency because of a supreme court decision that was ridiculously biased. Also the majority of Americans I am sure to say do not agree with all of his policies. I think most people realize that the powers of this country are influenced by big business, its easy to see that corporations are filling the coffers of every influential politician in Washington, and that policies are created and destroyed with only the best interest of the big corporations/rich in this country, and maybe even abroad. Clearly the American people know that our government uses our tax dollars to finance a corrupt system that is not unlike a regime. There are many people that may agree with Bush because they are either gaining from his war or his policies, or are too lazy to read about the issues that affect America home and abroad. Unfortunately Bush is in power now and we have to deal with his administrations policies. Well that?s all the negative stuff; Americans donate more money and resources around the world than any other country in history. Because of America many countries are able to survive and feed and house their people. We are a small percentage in the world but we contribute exponentially to the causes that afflict ignorant and backwards populations. Because of America you are allowed to come onto this message board and bitch about how bad America is. I certainly don't agree with everything that goes on in this country, but we are not a perfect people and maybe as evolution dictates we will become better people and learn from all of our mistakes.

All these years I thought Bush was republican:confused:

They're synonymous. Ass = Republican.

Oh, and I haven't finally realized Bush is an ass. I knew it all along.

Yeah, Democrats are the donkeys. Republicans are elephants.

Elephants have bigger asses than donkeys. So who's the bigger ass?

And have you ever seen an elephant take a dump?

Gives new meaning to the phrase, "Full of $H!+."

[Sources for domestic CIA operations come from Jonathan Vankin and John Whalen?s The 60 Greatest Conspiracies of All Time (Secaucus, N.J.: Citadel Press, 1997).]

Good, carefully unbiased source there.

Well... It's either true or false right?

I guess it's easier to attack the source rather than look at the content. Seems to be a common tactic on either side of the fence.

It's like accusing someone of molesting children because you saw it in the National Inquirer - it's possible that it's true, but more likely it's an "interpretation" of the truth and it's an awfully big accusation to base on that source. Reading the three page Inquirer spread isn't going to teah me much. Generally speaking, conspiracy theories are much like ghost stories - fun to listen to, but complete bull and (most) everybody knows that from the get-go.

The majority of us in America offer an apology to the rest of the World for our leader's conduct.

We hope you will forgive and forget a bunch of this S##T when the Bush Regime is taken out in '04.

If they find away to hijack another election, I ask that you band together, invade Washington, and take the Busheviks out of power, just like they did with Saddam in Iraq. Just please be a little bit more discretionary with your missiles than the Bushevik's were.

The Busheviks are probably the World's biggest Weapon of Mass Destruction. Please help us do something about them.

Can you prove the majority comment? Probably not as you're a proven liar and the above is just another in a string of lies.

The rest of your post is a typical Bush-hating rant.

To tell the truth, the thread title and topic would violate forum rules if Bush was a member here - no threads that are personal attacks.

To be fair, the majority of Americans don't give a $#(& about government and don't vote.

freegeeks - WTF, can't I post my opinion when I want to, just like you can? Was there some part of my statement that wasn't true? Are you the forum police and feel the need to go after my post?

Wait a minute......that can't be true. PhillyTim said he isn't a Bush hater, just simply that he posts the news and the truth! Obviously you must be mistaken. ;)

wtf, are you the forum police????

WTF, are you the forum whiner????

freegeeks - I already answered your question. I'm simply posting my opinion. How is that different than the other posts here and why do you feel the need to question my intent (and not the content of my post)?

No, I am not a mod nor have I ever been or want to be a mod (the only "forum police"). No, I do not think it is my job nor do I seek out opportunities to be the "forum cop".

Look at what I said. If I had started a thread saying "freegeeks is an ass", the thread would have been locked and I would have been given a vacation for violating forum rules. My observation was that this thread would be in violation of forum rules if Bush were a member.

There are tons of ways the thread could have been started that would have had at least a chance to have a real discussion on the topic.

"Has your opinion on Bush changed over the past 2 months" would have been good and then the thread starter could have discussed the failings (or triumphs) that caused the poster to pose the question.

Instead, it's just another boring attack thread that'll start a flame war.

I would prefer more discussion and debate and less trolling and flaming. How about you?

The obvious answer is no, he would not prefer that. Simple discussions for simple minds, simply satisfying for him and his crowd.

having a discussion with somebody like you is impossible. You are so blinded by that big american flag wrapped around your head that it's becoming pathetic.

btw: i'm sure that Dubya is not a forum member. He's probably to stupid to use a browser
