he should have kept it. if he was able to put another wheel on, he could of thrown the old one with the lock thing on it in the back, and drive off.

I agree. Why leave it there? I did not read enough of the thread to know how much the fines were, but losing the entire wheel has to cost some money. I would have taken it. Just for spite if nothing else.

wow never thought i see a deowned picture...haha that was great. replacing the wheel on that honda isn't too expensive...prolly a few bucks at the junk yard.

Because technically, other than not paying his fines, he did not do anything wrong because he did not take the lock apart: he just removed his wheel: and taking the lock would be constitutued as theft. :thumbsup:
