You gotta love Zogby

Quote me a poll that shows Bush up, I'll quote you a Poll that shows Kerry is up.

Zogby has Bush up nationally 48% to 45% over John Kerry. It also has Bush up 49% to 46% in Flordia and 47% to 42% in Ohio. Ouch. Once again, try to explain it, try to discredit it, but don't accept it. That's the motto of the democrats, just like in 2000.

In all fairness is is just one source. dont put all your eggs in one basket. Though I've been leaning on Zogby as the most reliable/accurate for a while(as have both Democrats and Republicans), sometimes the fact that he contradicts several other sources causes me to raise an eyebrow.

Assuming Zogby is correct (they have been high all year), 48% still is a losing number historically. Incumbents need to poll at 50% to win. But please, celebrate early, be that one dumbass that gloats and then disappears from the forums after the elections.

Bush had 3% and 6% leads on Fri. and Sat., respectively, so that means Kerry gained on Sunday.

Also, Kerry is up 48-46 in Rasmussen

That sounds a lot like the Bush mantra for bad news coming out of Iraq? Or any bad news for the administration for that matter. Then again, they've never made any mistakes, right? Point being, don't act like it's a Democrat tactic to spin. Everybody does it. If Zogby showed Kerry leading tomorrow, would you expect the Bush campaign to give up and accept it even before the election happens?

Polls are entirely worthless and show nothing. If you use a poll to decide what's going to happen, you're an idiot.

As to your comment of try to explain it, try to discredit it, but don't accept it: Are you saying that we should just accept a blantant disregard for the laws and accept a government that cheated its way to victory? Fascist.

I stick by my earlier assertion that are becoming more trollish as the election nears. Take your zogby poll, your partisan tripe, and this :cookie: and see if you can fit them all up your ass at the same time. What do you expect to accomplish by posting like this?

If young people vote he said so.

Problem is young people talk a lot but don't vote....goes with a lot of democrats.

umm, how do you figure? comparing different polls?
http://www.zogby.com
10/25 Bush +3
10/24 Bush +2
10/23 Bush +2
10/22 Bush +2
10/21 Bush +1

Looks like steady Bush gain over the last 5 days to me.

I dunno, somebody has a lot of faith in them:

We all know your opinion is completely worthless.

Zogby was the most accurate in the last Presidential election. Polls like Time and Gallup are outliers at this point.

Do you not realize how accurate Zogby has been lately? Esp. in the 2000 election?

To be honest, I just searched for "Zogby." I didn't mean for all my "pro-Zogby posts from known Kerry-supporting posters" proof to be from conjur, it just worked out that way. 😉

Right...and in order for Bush's lead to rise, he has to have a significant advantage, right? How else would an average rise?

Zogby is the most accurate and this may very well be the case that Bush is up nationally but that doesn't mean much when you consider the electoral vote (and the battleground states) are the ones really deciding this election.
