The phrase is used in a semi-derogatory manner when someone is posting something very weak, immature, or just childish in nature. However, in the thread about stress, the OP has claimed to be 7, 12, and a whole myriad of ages. It is also worth noticing that he frequently posts/nefs about useless items. I'm not sure about the other thread, but this is definitely not new, anyway.

It's the year right before the teens. People of this age are usually just old enough to be annoyingly opinionated and just young enough to never know WTF they are talking about.
