I just made scrambled eggs with minced SPAM this morning for our breakfast. I loved it...

I remember forty years ago, my parent's would buy this stuff and feed my siblings for lunch. Back then a can of SPAM cost about 50 cents a can on sale. And of course, we would stock up ( my father owned a meat market) because it was cheap. In the past, I hated this stuff but now... I like it!

I occasionally eat the spam with the eggs and the white rice. I like it. Not very often no... but if there's nothing else to eat it does the job.
