I've been with my girlfriend for right at around 5 months now and we've seen each other EVERY SINGLE DAY! Well, she has to go out of town this weekend for three days I just realized that this will be the first time we have been apart since we've been going out! I know this sounds totally corny and stupid, but frankly I don't give a damn.

Love is a powerful driving force! It can make you do things and think things you'd never had done otherwise.

I'm such a poor bastard... I feel so weak. 🙁
 
So true. I've been dating this girl for 10 months now and i haven't seen her in 2 weeks! I'm seriously losing my mind. I've even resorted to sleeping as much as i can so that Monday rolls along quicker. Time just seems to have frozen 🙁
 
i feel your pain.

not really. me and my GF have been together for almost a year in the same situation as you, seeing each other EVERY DAY. i am kind of a loner, though. so i dont think some time away from her would be that bad for me. but not too much time. i might miss that sweet lovin'.😉

hey...when i lost my gf (dumped her) i missed her a lot... i regret what i did, and till this day, i still want it back the way it was.. me and her together
 
I had not been seperated from my wife for more than a few hours until she went to some get to gether or something with her tupperware sales.

and I'll tell you what. she was gone a week and I loved it!

I had my two kids and just me, it was a blast.

I hope she goes again this year.

Every time I go on co-op Im away from my b/f. The first time was really hard but it gets easier. This last time is for 6 months. I would see him maybe once a month. Sometimes being apart can be good cause you get back to who you are as a person and not a couple.
 
I was with my (now ex) g/f for 7 months and since she was between jobs most of the time I saw her almost every day the whole time. Last week she had to move back home (3000 miles away) and I never realized how much I took our time together for granted.

My GF last summer left for Europe for a 1 month tour and was in Taiwan for another month. It doesn't matter the distance thing. There should only be one result... 😀
 
It will wear off... eventually you'll want time to yourself. Don't become to dependant on a girl. Not a good idea. Hang out with your friends while she's gone. Or spend time with your family.
