Let me guess... he had someone in his car all 4 times he got tickets? Was he trying to impress his friends or his riceboy girlfriend ?

If speeding tickets don't slow him down, maybe an accident will. WTF ?! I bet it'll be one of those incidents where the innocents are the only ones to die.

I think cops could be lenient on *some* speeding cases. I can see doing 80 in a 30 as being hazardous but cops are just waving their d-cks infront of you. A good friend of mine recently got a speeding ticket for doing 55 in a 50. Thats nitpicking...

I got a ticket for doing 75 in a 70, on an interstate freeway! I actually wasnt going over 70, but everytime I went to court and pled not guilty they kept rescheduling the case. Finally after the 3rd time they rescheduled, I gave up and sent in the fine. I live in Houston and the ticket was in Louisianna, so I couldn't waste any more time driving back and forth for the run around by the court.

Cops have all kinds of ways to tell your speed. There is no defense against VASCAR. Tell the idiot to slow down! Although with 4 tickets in a year me thinks the state will slow him waaay down!

Yikes, general physics wins again...
