Well, I figured I'd fix up my NanoPCs to sell off, finally. I threw in a VisionTek 120GB SSD, and installed Win10 1511.
Well, that went pretty uneventfully, but there's something interesting.
Windows 10 has so much background processing, that AT IDLE, it uses 99% of the dual-core APU. No joke.
Edit: Quite a while later, it settled down, after apps, updates, video driver updates, etc.
Also, I went into settings, and disabled all of the "background apps" that I could.
So now it's sitting at around 10-15% CPU usage at idle. Not horrible, but still a tad high.
