Soemtimes you have to lower your standards.

Let me know if you find an SUV (a small one, not something that'll roll down the street sideways) with three rows for around $20K. I heard Hyundai was going to have something for '07, but I haven't seen it.

the minivan is WAY more spacious than an SUV. shoot, compare a minivan to a Ukon XL. the XL is HUGE exterior but the interior is cramped compared to a minivan.

and minivans don't handle nearly as badly as you imply. they handle as well on the roads as most suv's i've driven.

we looked at suv's and they just don't provide the convenience inside that a minivan does.

i'll probably have to not do the leather, personally, i prefer fabric upholstry in vehicles over leather, leather is hot in the summer, cold in the winter and tends to get slippery. cloth interiors feel better winter and summer than leather and never gets slippery.

the only reason for considering leather is, kids tend to spill stuff.
