Killaz, one of my packs said the same thing....they must just be constructed in a way where the ATIP info is in a different place or it's just not there? I'm not exactly sure....

I had never used CDR Identifier before I got these CDs.

I put one in, and got back that capacity is 698.88MB, below the 700MB it's supposed to be. I don't remember anything else from the results, but I was wondering if that information could actually be invalid?

I just want to know if I got a bad box, or if it could be my drive.

Thanks!

OK I called the lady at OfficeMax (really weird british accent), anyway she checked on the non-matching upc and upc on receipt and made me hold for about 5 min. Then gave me 877 number to call the people who take care of prime peripheral's rebate, but they are closed!

Anyway, if anybody wants it the number is :
1-877-783-3546

Argh, I just looked at the packing slip and it shows the order date as 2/17/01, cause I ordered at 11 PST, but the email confirmation still shows order date of 2/18 since they go by EST. So should I just send in the email confirmation for my rebate?

returned mine to B&M today for full credit, kinda strange since my online purchase that included the cdr's was over $200 and they didn't say a word about the -$40 dollar "coupon" discount. but who's complaining? 😉

I also have the UPC problem. I have the same numbers as posted by ceejay. Are we supposed to send both the UPC's that are found in the box, or is one UPC enough? I really need this rebate. I am thinking of attaching only one UPC, incase I need to return the box to the store later on if they screw up the rebate..any suggestions?

okay...I just called the number, and a lady said that "it doesn't matter if the UPC's doesn't match, and it is enough if we send one original UPC". now I'm relieved..😉

What lady did you talk to?

I got the run around, the first CSR forwarded me to officemax's rebate center, I had to leave a message because no one picked up.

The second CSR told me they had received a company email stating to let the customers know to call the phone # listed on the Prime Peripherals rebate to contact them about the issue.

It's still a problem with OfficeMax's RECEIPT, not anything else in my opinion. I've left messages at two different places now, if no one contacts me back i'll try again with the CSR's, and if that doesn't help I guess i'll have to send in the rebate.

I recently purchased these CDRs at an Office Max B&M. The manager there said that the sale price of $45 had been extended as well as the purchase date windows for the rebate. Although I was able to purchase the CDRs for $45/200, I have not been able to get any confirmation on the extension of the rebate purchase period. Does anyone have any information on this? Thank you in advance.

OM CSR told me the rebate is still good if it is posted date past after the mar 3, but has to be purchase within the 3 day sale. my 200 cd just shipped out today

Do they have it listed anywhere on the website that says it's ok if it's dated after 3/3? I ordered on the first day and i'm still waiting and starting to get a little nervous as it hasn't even shipped yet.

Chrisisbored, I just called the 800 number on the rebate form, and a lady answered. I can't remember her name, but sounded like a 45 year old.

to my surprise, i just got my 200 pack today
ordered on 2/19

weird how i got my order earlier
upc matches

and the pen i ordered along with the order was backordered so maybe i'll come on a negative net cost after rebate (woo!)
