Seriously: bread is the REASON we developed agriculture! We've known how awesome bread is for mellinnia! One of the best rack records of anything we've discovered/created.

Of course, beer goes right along with bread...in terms of history and winning.

Hmmm. I gotta try me some of that homemade stuff. I'm assuming it's best fresh out of the oven though.

I've had fresh hot bagels before and that really hit the spot. Only one place I know does it well though 🙁 Ess-a Bagel on 1st ave and 21st in Manhattan. 😀
