Tofu, even though I don't eat it, is just fine. It's high in protein and extremely low in fats. Granted you can't substitute meat based protein though

Seriously: bread is the REASON we developed agriculture! We've known how awesome bread is for mellinnia! One of the best rack records of anything we've discovered/created.

Of course, beer goes right along with bread...in terms of history and winning.
