"Authorities have been unable to trace the owner of the house."

Bet they are encased somewhere in that 21 foot (21 fucking feet!) nest of horror.

Screw messing with that wasp nest. Time to hose that house down with some gasoline and set a blaze.

now that's an illegal immigrant I don't want.
Let's hope they do it right and kill them all.

Holy crap. That is straight out of a horror movie.

Thank goodness I saw that first thing in the morning and not the last thing I saw before going to bed. I still may not be able to sleep tonight.

Holy crap! Now imagine this, you decide to be brave and sneak up to it to check it out. Very slowly walking to not make the floor creek. They leave you alone. Then you trip, and fall IN IT!

Would be interesting to see what is involved to get rid of that though, assuming they want to keep the house intact. :p

Find the entrance & turn on the vacuum cleaner. They even make a special vacuum for catching hives of honey bees - it doesn't harm the bees. Though, in this case, I can see no reason not to just destroy them.

I think we need wasps in our world to keep the spiders and insects population under control... most wasps are parasitic = lays their eggs inside their hosts, then when the eggs hatch the larvaes pop out killing the host and eating them...:ninja:

Wasp parasitism
With most species, adult parasitic wasps themselves do not take any nutrients from their prey, and, much like bees, butterflies, and moths, those that do feed as adults typically derive all of their nutrition from nectar. Parasitic wasps are typically parasitoids, and extremely diverse in habits, many laying their eggs in inert stages of their host (egg or pupa), or sometimes paralyzing their prey by injecting it with venom through their ovipositor. They then insert one or more eggs into the host or deposit them upon the host externally. The host remains alive until the parasitoid larvae are mature, usually dying either when the parasitoids pupate, or when they emerge as adults.

I think we might be better off if we don't let them kill spiders. Spiders aren't as aggressive and can't really chase you. And they eat a lot of insects.
