I don't think that's who I originally had in mind, but I also wouldn't be blown away if that's the case.

Relax the rules, let the trolls take over a bit, and see if it brings some of the life back to the forums.

Haven't they already though? I don't think there's any real way to measure that, but it feels like things have tended toward that direction over the last year or two.

Mash all the forums together, open the mod forums for viewing only, and check how many people truly are duplicates. Oh yeah, unban everybody ever except scammers and spammers. Everyone else gets a second chance.
