False, W and Y rated tires are above Z.
Z=149 MPH, 240km/h and over, Sports Cars

Heh.. You guys are nuts. First of all, this tire is fine for an M3. It's a little dated, but it's still a good tire. Depends what you want out of it though. If you want it to stick like glue in the dry, have ok wet traction and don't care about them wearing out fairly soon... At this price, it's hard to pass up though for a 17" tire.
