I'm looking for some Yoga dvd's for home. I'm a newbie, need to increase flexibility, blood circulation, and muscle strength. I'm not looking for anything difficult to start, been googlin', just wondering if anyone here has any suggestions?

I know there's several apps on the Play Store for Yoga routines, with various levels of quality. Some good, some bad. If you've got an Android device, anyway.

There's also http://www.yogadownload.com/ that I've seen positive feedback towards.

I don't know if doing yoga without some form of guidance is the best idea. I could see hyper extension or some other injury happening relatively easy by just doing it on your own. I'd just sign up for a class and get the basics.

I second DDP Yoga. You should start with the Diamond Dozen to learn everything, and then progress into doing Energy. After several weeks doing Energy, you could start doing Energy followed by Red Hot Core. I started doing "YRG" before it was DDP Yoga. At one point I was 255 pounds and wearing 40s. I flux between 195-200 and down to 32s or 34s depending on the fit. The weight loss is just a side effect of doing it, and following a good diet. I feel more flexible and not as prone to the accidental back going out bending over. Puts me into a better state of mind like most workouts do also. There is something for every person in the Ddp Yoga plan. Anywhere from beginners to people that want a solid hour 1/2 workout. He also has the DDP Extreme videos which I'm looking into since I've been doing the Double Black Diamond twice a week now.
