Is that a good price for a ten year old NSX?

Actually all that crap they did should've lowered the resale value on that thing... if it were stock though... they sell around that price at the nsx forums i go to.

Can you give the addresses of the nsx forums you mentioned? I never considered getting an older NSX. It might be doable to have one as a second car.

Thanks

Try NSXSC.com and NSXprime.com... granted the only ones you'll find below $30k are 91-92 NSXs with 60k+ up mileage... watch out for those in the snap ring range... you'll find all the info about that problem in the FAQs. Good luck. 🙂 An NSX as a second car is damn pimping it. 😀

I'd be willing to bet that all of the 112K miles were with the vehicle driven pretty hard. There's no way I'd go for that vehicle - however, with 32 bids already in place, I guess there are some suckers who are interested.

Well a lot of people drive a lot more then you. I drive about 20k a year. Currently my '91 Accord has 141k. I got the car 2.5 years ago w/ 90k on the clock.

Just a quick observation ...

- The picture of the title for this vehicle is a California title.

- The license plates are Florida plates - assuming that the owner registered this car in Florida.

- 8/1/02 is the date on the title.

- This owner couldn't have had the vehicle very long.

If this truly is a vehicle that is going to be in the Fast and the Furios #2, why didn't the owner try to sell this vehicle at the Barret-Jackson auctions?

Barrett-Jackson Auctions

This car would get laughed off the block at Barrett-Jackson are you kidding me?

😀 Hell i'd probably get it really cheap there since no one will bid on it. 🙂

yo dogg... that cannot be in fnf2. even with all the rice, in fnf, it was for the most part pretty good looking. that nsx... is horrible.

i know. if this is true, and it appears to be so, it is shocking. the fast and the furious part one had some really nice looking cars (take away the stickers, yes i thought the eclipse and supra looked good). But this is... just... wrong.

yeah... no way. i bet photochop. theres no way. maybe tropical cars is a rental service? you know when people rent exotic cars? hence the crazy amount of mileage. then they went and chopped the reciept and screwed up the car with "mods" and are conning some sucker on ebay. *dances the smarty dance* heh

edit: OR this is some 5hitbox that sits off to the side on one of the races. in the dark. so no one can see its uglyness.

I know it would get laughed off the block at Barrett-Jackson. However, if this vehicle is truly as stated by the current owner, Barrett-Jackson would provide this individual with a lot more exposure.

If you look up all the cars they used in that movie... that's not the only car that got murdered... a perfectly nice Supra... several of them... and another NSX that got painted with a color that looks like your crap. 🙁

I was a little bored, so I ran a CarFax report agains the NSX. It was primarily a California car up until the recent sale last August to an owner in Florida. It's too bad that CarFax doesn't have an "Ugly" category on their report because this vehicle would deserve "5" stars. :Q

More like 10 on a scale from 1 to 5... 🙁

Yes but your car is an accord not a rare edition Shelby Dodge or a NSX. Those kinds of cars aren't usually daily drivers.

After what they did to Supra in Fast and Furious 1, I'm not suprised.
