Was thinking of getting this today and using it as another Kodi.tv device to push to my Chromecast.

Basic specs:
7" 800x480 Display
A33 1.3GHz Quad-Core CPU
512MB DDR2 RAM & 4GB Storage
Android 4.4 Kit Kat
0.3 Megapixel camera

Had to look up what an a33 is. It is a a cortex a7 quad made by Allwinner for $4

Yes not powerful at all but may work for some basic needs. I am just hoping it can run kodi.tv and push the stream urls to my Chromecast properly.

Not complaining

I was just wondering if it was like a cheap version of a new cortex core like a5 a7 a8 a9 are all of arm version 7 and a53, a57 are arm version 8, so I looked it up.

I was posting to help others for if I did not know I bet many other people may want to know and get quick info.

Yeah I have been on the lookout lately for a cheap tablet that can be used as a media player if nothing else. I jumped on a smartphone for $9.99 the other day. It was the nexus whirl 2. That has been working like a champ as a kodi.tv streamer. My only issue with it is the screen is so small the nav menus are hard to navigate.

I am hoping this tablet will work just as well but mitigate the tiny touch zones.
