This is not listed in this weekend's flyer so YMMV. My OM has free 20 rolls of scott's bathroom tissue with any 500sheet or more paper purchase. OM paper is only $1.89 for a 500sheet pack so that's a pretty hot deal, I guess - 🙂

I don't mean to thread CRAP, but something sounds a little Fishy here.
20 rolls of scotts goes for around $8 to $9 or so
But if I buy $2.00 worth of paper, I get it free right ?
Well I'll try it, If nothing else I can always use that 500 sheet REAM of paper in the bathroom

Oh, and is it this On-line or In-store only ?
What about free shipping ?
I still think something SMELLS about this deal....But I'll walk into my local OM and ask where's your Toilet Paper

Whoa, if this flies, this IS a hot deal =P Did OM just buy out some toilet paper company??

Actually, technically, didn't a toilet paper company buy out OM? (Boise paper products)

I have found that printout quality is quite poor when using toilet paper. First of all, load is a little troublesome, because sometimes it rips when going through the sheet feeder. Secondly, the paper is so absorbent that inkjet ink bleeds all over. Finally, the small size of the perforated sheets makes it difficult to print anything larger than 3x3. All in all, I would strongly advise against using toilet paper in your printer. Stick to your 500 sheets of normal paper. I don't know why OM is stooping to such lows...

This deal is SUPER hot. Here's why. With the money you save on the TP buy a good paper cutter. Then take the 500 sheets of regular paper and cut them into four pieces. That will give you 2000 new pieces each one being around the same size as a piece of TP. And this stuff will be firmer, thicker, and of far better quality that the TP. I bet you could even use both sides which is a real bonus for the environmentalists among us.

And the regular TP? OK, how many times do you print something off that only uses a small part of the 8x11 sized paper? Why not use the TP for those smaller jobs? Also, since the TP is much more porous in texture you will get a stronger ink impression and a bit of bluring. That may not be good for some projects but for art work or many other kinds of graphics you definitely want a good spread of the ink.
