Yet another "Which mobo" question...

Sorry to add to the questions about mobo choice, but after checking a bit I didnt really see one that answer my question perfectly. After an absolutely horrible expierence with Tufshop.com (dear god I hope noone else has to ever return anything to them) I am looking to buy a mobo/xp1600 combo with DDR and RAID. I wont be overclocking and dont need any on board components (though having them isnt gonna preclude me from buying the board). I just want a stable, fast mobo that performs well with the XP.

Any help would be appreciated, and please pardon me if I didnt dig deap enough to find this answer should it already be posted. Just point me to the thread and I'll look there. Thanks.
 
Shuttle AK35GTR it has on-board sound but it's a hardware solution and good enough quality for most to skip buying a PCI card. Also, it's very fast, has ATA133, and the price is right.
