i have searched high and low for solutions for this problem but yet have found none. i have 1 netgear router
1 laptop w/ vista 32bit (wireless) we will call him computer A
1 desktop w/ vista 64bit (wireless) call him computer B using a netgear wireless pci card
1 desktop w/ xp 32bit (wired) call him computer C.

now the real problem is getting all of them to see each other.
Computer A can see all computers and share with ease.
Computer B can only see Computer A.
computer C can only see Computer A.

the only printer in the house is conected via usb to computer C. i need to print from Computer B. so i need computer B to see and share with Computer C visa versa. make sense?

I really dont know whats going on because i already have one xp computer talking with a vista computer yet the other vista computer can not see the xp one. wtf.

what i have tried. like i mentioned i have tried every thing.. i think. updated all computers inculding xp and that LLTD patch or whatever. tired creating the network from all computers utililzing a flash drive. ive made sure that vista runs public networks and all computers are sharing.

i can play on lan games on all computers. so they see each other i guess, but if i go on the workgroup page thing. thats where the problems starts (see above?).

well i hope i descirbed this problem in enough detail lol. any new info would help and please let me know if you have trouble making out my discription.

Make sure there are no firewalls enabled on Computer B and C that are blocking the PCs from seeing each other. Windows Firewall, software firewalls built in to Anti-virus packages, etc.

Also - try accessing each PC by IP Address - Go to a run dialog and type in \\192.168.x.x and click OK. See if the shares come up then.

Successful Sharing involves some general consideration in Network settings, http://www.ezlan.net/sharing.html

As well as specific adjustment of each computer according to what it is allowed to be shared.
