Yet another tipping thread

So is it common to tip even if there is a delivery charge. For example, I ordered a mattress for delivery tomorrow and paid $60 to get it shipped, do I tip the delivery guy to?
 
for stuff like that, I usually just decide it based on how much they had to do.

when my mattress was delivered last year, I told them to just leave it by the door and I took it inside/set it up myself. I didn't bother tipping.

if they had to bring it inside, lug it upstairs, and remove my old mattress/boxspring, I probably would have.

If they do anything outside of the usual job duties then I would tip.
