Yet another rig evaluation thread

I'd like to get some feedback before I pull the trigger on this purchase. I plan to use this for gaming, photo editing, video editing and encoding. I'm looking for the best bang/buck. I'd also like to keep this as quiet as possible while giving good performance in games. Are there any components that I should re-think or that won't play nice together?

More importantly, will the Seasonic 430W be sufficient for an overclocked E6300 and the X1900XT? I plan to take the E6300 up to 3GHz if the mobo will allow it.

Using some rough approximations on your case fans and whatnot I came up with 373w.

Some one correct me if I am wrong but I belive that Seasonic states their maximum wattage as maxiumum sustainable, not peak wattage. If this is the case you will be fine for your current setup. However the amps on the 12v rails seems a bit low as does the overall wattage should you choose to upgrade your GPU later. I would go for at least a 500w PSU from Enermax, FSP, OCZ GameXtreme or (the seemingfavorite here) Seasonic. I have had excellent luck with my Antec NeoHE but there have been some issues with Antec's in the past (and maybe still)

I will note that I am a little rough on PSU's though so someone else feel free to chip in
