Yet another problem with this build

The system will go through over a dozen cycles of this, and eventually the each powered cycle gets longer. Eventually it has time enough to post, then I get "overclocking failed", but nothing is OC'd

Asus p5k Deluxe
4 gigs ram
2x 750 gig Western Digital drives
2x 750 gig Seagates
650 watt power supply.
What gives?

Did all that, and pulled the memory and drives to see if it still happened. Yep. Maybe if I flash the bios. Otherwise looks like RMA time.
