Many people don't know that there is no way to track crooked cops, and departments won't officially release any info to other departments on bad behaviour. They will only get a hire date and leave date... That's it.

It's all part of the "thin blue line" gang, and the concept that you never rat out a fellow gang member..... Often times officers with major issues merely move to another state just to start all over with a clean sheet. Even officers with violent, illegal, sexual issue behaviour.

It's really a sad system.

haha, the comment section was good for a few moments of hilarity. The one post by a bitter cop disciplined this way was gold. Trying to state the chief was a hypocrite because he has an illegitimate child. LOL, like that is a crime or something that a person should be disciplined over.

The ironic part.... Is that this chief will likely have major trouble finding work elsewhere if he leaves his current department.

He will like be blacklisted as someone who rats out fellow members.

Good on him, the system is broken and he's really sticking his neck out to fix the part of it that he can.
