I think he is tortured by the passion and longing he feels for love, not understanding that the love he seeks is his own love that expresses itself by feeling it for others and acting on it that way. It is what we are all looking for and the thing that was taken from us as children, our own love for ourselves. This poor woman was made to feel that the only desirable thing about her was would be there is she could attract young men to have sex. There is one condition we all find ourselves in and that's the condition of self hate. If you put down or feel disgust for anybody, you can be sure you are sick. There is only love.

And all you stupid assholes out there in your childish denial, go fuck yourselves and say nothing, I already know what you feel.

It's a lie that you are worthless, but it's more honest as to what we feel than total denial and inflated ego. I love you for the spark of life I see in you, for the you I see in me. Horse face is a bit harsh, but she does look like she could put a whole apple in her mouth. Might make your little pecker look tiny from the overhead perspective, so I can see why you'd be worried.
