I just realized I took spaghetti out of the freezer about a week ago with the intention of eating it the next day and guess I kinda forgot about it. There's no hamburg in it, but there is sausage. The sausage was cooked in the BBQ then added to the sauce which cooked for 3 hours on low. I should be fine right?

I'm not sure you'd be all right eating that fresh. However, a week in the fridge for any pasta is a bit much. Usually, I make fun of people who throw out food but, I think in this case...
