I have my forums set to 500 posts/threads to a page, because I prefer to scroll rather than going page to page. So I am in ATOT for example, and even with broadband it takes a bit to load in the entire page, but with Firefox 1.x I could sroll down on the page, find a thread I wanted to read, and click it with no problems, even while it was still trying to download the entire page.
Now, with 1.5, if I try to scroll and/or click links while the page is loading, FF lags all to heck. It does scroll a bit, but its very annoying. Once the page is 100% loaded, all is normal again.
While I COULD set my posts to page to something lower, I dont really want to, expecially since 1.x didn't have this problem whatsoever.
Ideas?
Edit: Upon further testing, it seems the problem is MOSTLY related to using the mouse scroll wheel. Using the mouse to grab the scroll bar and move it works much better. However clicking links still lags. Even the highlight on links is lagged from where the mouse actually is on the screen.
