My 8200 MB died. That's the short version.

Called Dell, and although some have had less than wonderful experiences, I had a good one. The guy knew what I needed to do (although I may have made it easier for him than many end users is not the point).

I need to send it in, but timing is a problem as it is still usable, and the wife needs it. He made an obvious suggestion I should have thought of, so Im sending it in during the Christmas break.
