Why are you getting an IDE burner?

That memory is too expensive even with a $50 rebate if its still $111

Not sure how good the PSU is. Might wanna go with something tested, like corsair 520hx. And yeah, drop the IDE burner, it will only give messy cables, sata > ide.

Buy a P35 mobo instead of the 650i especially if you OC. They OC better and are the best to run a Q6600 on.

That PSU is Seasonic built you shouldn't get any trouble from it.

I also support the notion to get a SATA optical drive. Much more manageable.

Also, For a graphics card I would toss around the idea of getting the ATI 2600XT for 99.99+shipping from NewEgg. It saw performance increases with the new catalyst drivers released, but I'm not sure on good a match up it is to the 8800gts 320mb. Though I've seen some people claiming to run bioshock at 1280x1024 with medium-high settings with minimal to no frame lag. Though, that's just here say so take it with a grain of salt.

Hmmm check out the DFI Infinity Blood, the GA-P35-DS3R.

Since you are on a budget i would get the Abit IP35-E from mwave. I believe it is 80$ after MIR... something around there.

For the burner get the Pioner DVR-212D.

I don't know what res you game at, but you may want to consider the 640MB version.

Yea that ram is a rip off.. Crucial DDR2-800 from newegg for about 80$ after MIR.

Corsair 520HX + Centurion 5 maybe?
