Yet another check my build thread

Been a while since i've been keeping up to date, would appreciate a bit of checking on things.

E2140 @ 2.66Ghz (factory overclock)
Asrock 2CORE 1333 775 motherboard (Bundle deal, http://www.ebuyer.com/UK/product/131868 opinions?)
Which are the best budget overclocking boards and chips right now?

2GB RAM (i'm too lazy to look up which speed i should be getting, 6400 or 5400?)

Graphics card: Low end, lowest power draw possible with a passive heatsink and onboard H.264 decoding, An 8500GT would give me two DVI ports. Would i get anything better from the AMD camp?

PSU = NeoHE 450W, Case = P150, HDs = many. Useage will be fairly light, no gaming, lots of movies. UK parts, budget is to be kept as low as possible.

No i'm not 😉

I already have the HDs, case and PSU, as well as a Gig of RAM that might be reused.
I'm building a quiet system, doing that with a prebuilt is a pain in the neck.
I'm building one that's going to be overclocked, again doing that with prebuilt can be a pain in the neck.

Suppose it's my fault, didn't make it obvious that i already had the parts list at the bottom. This is more a gutting and rebuilding than a completely new build.

I'm not sure of your budget, but I'd go IP35 Pro for the mobo, and Corsair 520hx for the power supply. I'd go 8600 for video card.
